Guest Sender processes guest data (name, phone, tags and the conversation history with the hotel) on behalf and in the name of the hotel that operates each account. The hotel is the data controller toward its guests; Guest Sender acts as the processor.

Campaigns are only sent to guests who already wrote to the hotel’s WhatsApp. Any guest can stop receiving messages at any time by writing stop, and that preference is honored automatically.

We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for advertising purposes. The information is used so the hotel can run its campaigns, automations and WhatsApp service, and for the metrics of its own sends.

The data you capture with Guest Sender is yours. You can export it or request its deletion at any time. For privacy questions, reach us through the contact channels on the site.
